WE BELIEVE

1.  The Bible is God-inspired and its greatest command is this:  Love the LORD your God with all of your heart, mind, soul, and strength and love your neighbour as yourself.  (2 Timothy 3:14-17; Mark 12:30-31)

2.  All humans disobey God's commands and sin.  The stunning good news is that God's Son, Jesus, died for all sinners!  Those who believe in the redeeming blood of Jesus in repentance and baptism receive forgiveness, the Holy Spirit, and eternal life. This good news is not the result of any work we can do, but it’s a free gift from God!  (Romans 3:21-28; 6:1-5, 23; Colossians 2:11-15; Acts 2:38-39; Ephesians 2:1-10)

3.  Until Jesus returns, the church is the body of Christ and must model the 'upside down ethos' of heaven on this earth.  The church is a community of Christians that regenerates and gives hope, life, and light to a fallen world.  (1 Corinthians 12; Matthew 5-7; Matthew 28:18-20)
